COSTS AND BENEFITS OF JUDO PLAYER DEVELOPMENT OF RANGSIT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

In this research aim to study the cost and result of the development of the judo athletes of Rangsit University by using the balance scorecard as a tools for analysis the outcome. This paper also used the questionnaire as a tools to collect the data from 30 judo athletes from Rangsit University and 242 judo students. We also interviewed 3 executives who supporting the development of judo athletes. The result found that during the academic year 2013-2017, the development of judo athletes in Rangsit University has an average cost per person is 607,159.33 baht. This research also provide the result in term of financial and non-financial. In perspective of financial which measure in a view of internal process and financial perspective and found that the average cost per head is 646,162.15 baht.In term of non-financial which concern about a learning, growth and customer perspective such as sports skills to use for self-defence, such development of the judo athlete aims to be a national team athlete in a combat sport that uses a technique similar to Judo which Include all the love and interest of many followers and final and the satisfaction of those involved. Along with the supporting opinions from the administrators of the judo athletes. Overall, it was very good in all aspects.
