Course Management Affecting the Satisfaction of Students at the Rangsit International University

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study Course Management Affecting the Satisfaction of Students at the International University of Rangsit. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the personal factors of students affecting the satisfied the management of the Rangsit University International Program 2) to study the management factors related to the satisfaction of the international program students. The sample group used in this study were 259 of Rangsit University International Program students. The research instruments were questionnaire. The majority of students were female, 131 persons, accounting for 50.6 percent, aged between 21-25 years, 126 persons, representing 48.6 percent. International business, 82 people, accounting for 31.7 percent, mostly studying at the first year level, 80 people, accounting for 30.9 percent, and 203 normal students Which is the most 78.1 percent. The result of research were 1) Students were satisfied with the academic management factors in terms academic, instructors, service providers and support staffs, and environment at strongly satisfaction level in all aspects. 2) educational management satisfaction had no significant when different group of personal factors in terms of gender, age, subject, grade, year, and type of education of students at significant 0.05 level. 3) The relationship between management factors in terms of academic, instructors, service providers and support staffs, and environment had correlated with educational management satisfaction at significance of 0.05 level.
