Guidelines for reducing the number of customers who cancel using BAAC A-Mobile application service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study the guidelines for reducing the number of customers who cancel using BAAC A-Mobile application service in order to improve mobile banking applications BAAC A-Mobile to meet the needs of customers who use more services. Data was collected using online questionnaires with customers who use BAAC A-Mobile application service in Nakhon Ratchasima province amount 400 persons during February 2021. The finding of this research found that the reasons of customers cancellations of the BAAC A-Mobile application are: deposit account closure, the less amount of deposit in the account and tricky procedure. Experience of using transaction services the satisfaction via BAAC  A-Mobile applications was at the medium level. Comparison of Mobile Banking service, BAAC A-Mobile application with similar services of other banks Not different / equally. Ease of use is an added benefit of using a mobile banking service.
