MOTIVATION FACTORS AFFECT TO SATISFACTION LEVEL OF THE PERSONNEL OF THAI KYOWA BIOTECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.

Abstract

          The research topics of “Motivation factors affect to satisfaction level of the personnel of THAI KYOWA BIOTECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.”. The purpose of the research was investigated motivation factors affect to satisfaction level of the personnel of THAI KYOWA BIOTECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. The sample of the research comprised amount 130 personnel from selection focus groups by using questionnaire was used as an analytical tool. The statistic used to analyze data was Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) by statistic analytical method (Multiple Linear Regression) at the significant level of .05

          The results of the research found that motivation factor and hygiene factor affect to satisfaction level of the personnel of THAI KYOWA BIOTECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. Motivation factors about the job characteristic, progress, respect, achievement and hygiene factors about relationship (with colleagues), relationship (with supervisor), policy and management, working condition and job stability affect to satisfaction level of the personnel
