PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AFFECTING TO ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT AND WORK EFFECTIVENESS OF EMPLOYEES AT BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES IN THE WESTERN REGION
Abstract
The purpose of this Research were to study performance management system, organization commitment, and work effectiveness of employees; study the Bank's performance management system that affecting to organization commitment and work effectiveness of employees and study organization commitment that affecting to work effectiveness of employees. The populations used in this Research were 292 sample groups of employees of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in western region by using simple sample technique. The tool used consists of the questionnaires with reliability value of 0.98. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and simple and multiple regression analyses.
The finding revealed that 1) the employees' opinions region were at the highest level. In addition, work effectiveness of the employees was at the highest level 2) Performance management system of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in the western region; targeting and planning, monitoring, coaching and development of employee’s capabilities has positive influence to organization commitment 3) Organization commitment; identification, involvement and loyalty has positive influence to work effectiveness of employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in the western region 4) Performance management system of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in the western region; targeting and planning, monitoring, coaching and development of employee’s capabilities has positive influence to work effectiveness of employees. According to this Research, if the bank has a good performance management system for targeting and planning, monitoring, coaching and development of employee’s capabilities that increase their organization commitment at 63.1%, and work effectiveness of employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in the western Region improved 57.7%. Similarly, if the employees have commitment, identification, involvement and high loyalty to the organization, from the following will increase their work effectiveness of employees at 75.9%
