CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AFFECTING STATE OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION OF KRUNG THAI BANK PUBLIC COMPANY AT CENTRAL REGION THAILAND

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the conflict management in aspects of collaboration; and compromise of employees of Krung Thai Bank, 2) the state of learning organization of Krung Thai Bank, and 3) the conflict management in aspects of collaboration; and compromise affecting the state of learning organization of Krung Thai Bank. The research samples were 200 employees of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited at Central Region Thailand.  The research instrument was questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regressions analysis.

          The research results were as follows: 1) overall of conflict management and each aspect were at a high level. 2) The state of learning organization of Krung Thai Bank was at a high level in overall and in each aspects including, team learning, personal mastery, shared vision, systems thinking, and mental models respectively: 3) the conflict management in the aspects of compromise; and collaboration; affected the state of learning organization of Krung Thai Bank with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
