THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP THAT AFFECTED THE QUALITY OF THE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS OF SANTA FACTORY COMPANY LIMITED

Abstract

The purposes of this study were (1) to investigate the transformational leadership that affected the quality of the employee performance appraisals, (2) to inspect the quality of employee performance appraisals, (3) to examine the relationship of the transformational leadership that affected the quality of the employee performance appraisals. The population used in the employees working in the Santa Factory Company Limited., in Surin. The data were collected through the application of questionnaire, and were analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Division.

The result of study revealed that (1) the overall opinion on the transformational leadership was at high level, (2) the quality of the employee performance appraisals was rated at high level, (3) the relationship between the transformational leadership and the quality of the employee performance appraisals was at a lower-level on the organizational efficiency at 0.01 level of significance.
