Abstract

This study is about the study of relationship between Interpersonal Relationship and efficiency of work on employees from Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok. The objectives of this study are 1.To study the interpersonal relationship 2.To study the work efficiency of employees 3.To study the relationship between factors of demography and work efficiency of employees and 4.To study the relationship between interpersonal relationship and work efficiency of employees. The sample consisted of 240 employees in Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis at statistical significance level is 0.05.

The result is found that the demography factors such as gender, age, level of education, period of work, position, and salary which is different affect the efficiency of works on employees which is different at statistical significance level is 0.05. And the Interpersonal Relationship includes Confidence and Trust, Mutual Support, Friendliness and Enjoyment, Creativity and Freedom from Threat are affect the efficiency of works on employees which is different at statistical significance level is 0.05.
