Abstract

The researchers attempted to study the positive influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, price value, trust in the system, trust of the government, perceived awareness, and perceived risk towards intention of using prompt pay behavior of employees in Bangkok. The population of this study was employees of private and public organizations in Bangkok of around 5.6 million people. The researchers calculated the sample size from Cohen principles with 40 sets of questionnaire for the pilot test using G*Power version 3.1.7; as a result, 215 was the result from the calculation.  The convenience sampling was implemented and the 215 survey questionnaire were collected during April to May in 2017 and analyzed using multiple regression analysis.  The researchers found that trust of the government (β = 0.235), social influence (β = 0.197), and price value image (β = 0.164) explain 34.6% of the positive influence towards intention of using prompt pay behavior at .05 significant level
