THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ATTITUDES TO THE USE APPLICATION LINE OPERATION AND INTENDS TO USE THE APPLICATION LINE PROMOTION OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between attitude and intention of the employees about the use of the application “Line” in an organization. The tools that were used to collect the statistical data for this study were divided into two categories, which are descriptive and inferential statistics. Using statistical analysis to test the consciousness of different variables, including One-way Anova and Mutiple Regression Analysis, the results indicated that the majority of the participants were females who have age between 21-30 years old, bachelor’s degree, an average income between 15,001-20,000 baht, and worked for at least 6 years. Due to the application’s benefits, which are its easy-to-used platform and social influence, most participants have a positive attitude toward the use of the application “Line” in an organization at 0.05 level of significance.
