The cluster sampling consisted of 302 persons who work for Home Product Center Public Company Limited (Head Office). The quantitative data processing was basically analyzed by using cronbach's alpha to test reliability at 70%. Descriptive statistics that use in this study are frequency, percentages, mean, and standard deviation. In addition, inferential statistics that use for analysis in this study are t-test independent using to distinguish between 2 groups of sex and using F-test to analyze status, age, education, work experience, and income. Moreover, Multiple Linear Regression was used to test hypothesis and find relationship between motivating factor, supporting factor, and satisfaction.

It is inferred that majority of the respondents are female, age between 30-39 years old, bachelor degree, working experience 6-8 years, and income range 15,001 – 25,000 baht. The statistic results proved that there is no relationship exists between demographic factors and satisfaction. Therefore, we can conclude that there was a statistically significant correlation between satisfaction (dependent variable) and career acceptance, career opportunities, and Compensation & welfare as independent factors. The coefficient of correlation coefficient (R = .489) was 23.9% (R Square = .239). The error was 0.327 (SEE = .327) and the supporting factor for compensation and welfare. Factors affecting job satisfaction at the level of .000 * were statistically significant at the 0.05 level, with a low correlation coefficient (R = .263) with a predictive power of 6.9. (R Square = .069) with a discrepancy of 0.361 (SEE = .361).
