Abstract

This research has the objective in order to develop the form of A causal relationship of technology acceptance model using in social media in sharing of Thai Royal Ordinance Concerning on Foreign Migrant Workers of Employers in Thailand and in order to inspect the consistency of the form of the causal relationship   that is developed with the empirical information for the total of 400 persons. This would be came from                  the convenience sampling of the employs have used social media. The tool that were used in gathering                   the information such as, the questionnaire of the 7 rating scale. This would use the technique of the analysis of          the structural model with 4 components of the research package model such as, 1) The perceived usefulness that would be happened from using the online social media, 2) The perceiving of the easiness of using the social media, 3) The intention in the behavior in using the online social media, 4) The behavior of the usability of the real online social media. The result of the analysis of the form of the causal relationship model. This had been found that       the model had the consistency with the empirical information quite well by this had the chi statistic value (X2) = 126.68. DF = 81, CMIN/DF = 1.56, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.92, CFI = 0.99, TLI = 0.97, RMR = 0.06 and RMSEA = 0.04. This had the direct and indirect influential value of the route coefficient with the statistical significance at 0.01 levels. This would make to know about the factor that would have the effect on the behavior of using the online social media in sharing the knowledge of the law that was suitable with hiring of the alienate worker of the employer in the country.
