Abstract

The objectives of this research; (1) to study the factors that are critical to procurement processes that affect the management of logistics (2) in order to analyze the key factors in the procurement. With process analysis, sequence analysis, diplomacy (Analytical hierarchy process: AHP). The overall inconsistency ratio was 0.07%. The results of this study factors; that are important in the procurement appropriate of all 9 factors from high to low as follows: (1) the most important weight. right quality 17.60% (2) right quantity 12.20% (3) product & environment characteristics 11.80% (4) right source 11.40% (5) right time 10.80% (6) right service 9.80% (7) right place 9.30% (8) supply market characteristics) 9.20% and the right price 7.90%and the overall inconsistency ratio is 0.06 percent and a total score of evaluation criteria/indicators management logistics as follows: (1) the most important, significant weight is a measure of procurement integrity was 0.339 or 33.90% (2) a measure of the percentage needs was 21% (3) the percentage of delayed production was 15.50% (4) the percentage of completion as planned was 15.20% and (5) the percentage of inventory to sales ratio was 16.47%.
