DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS OF THE RETAIL MIX BETWEEN GEN-Y AND GEN-Z GROUPS FOR EVEANDBOY IN BANGKOK

Abstract

The study aim to retail marketing mix, health and beauty. That can be used to classify group differences between Gen-Y and Gen-Z of the Eveandboy shop in Bangkok. Data were collected by using questionnaire survey from Gen-Y 100 customers and Gen-Z 100 customers. Those given data were analyzed by Percentage, Frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation as well as Chi-Square, ANOVA and Discriminant. The result shown that the demand for retail marketing mix between the two groups of consumers, Gen-Y and Gen-Z, was the difference of marketing communications significantly at the 0.05 level.
