FACTORS INFLUENCING WORK EFFICIENCY OF THE PERSONNEL AT THAIRATH GROU

Abstract

This independent study has objective (1) to study about demographic factors that influencing work efficiency of the personal at Thairath Group and (2) to study about incentive factor and sustain that influencing work efficiency of the personal at Thairath Group. For populations to make a study are the Thairath Group’s 2,160 employees and collecting information for the example in 354 people by using convenience sampling. Data analysis using descriptive statistics that were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were t-Test, One-Way ANOVA (F-Test), and multiple regression analysis.

According to the result, the main answers were female amount 191 people (54.00%), ages over than 40 years old about 79 people (22.32%), has highest education status as bachelor degree about 271 people (76.55%), have a single status about 271 people ( 61.30%), and the average monthly incomes are 15,001 – 20,000 Baht about 75 people  (21.20%). The incentive factor result is in the most by using descending order are working successful, responsibility, and career advancement. The sustain result is in the most by using descending order are the relationship between employee and leader and the relationship between subordinate and co-worker. In working condition, policy and administration, and working performance are in the most for generally.

The result from hypothesis testing. 1) Demographic factors found the graduation degrees are influencing work efficiency of the personal at Thairath Group different in statistical significance is 0.05%.  2) Incentive factor found the responsibility and job description are influencing work efficiency of the personal at Thairath Group different in statistical significance as 0.05%, for the prediction power is 47.60%. 3) Sustain found the policy and administration, the relationship between employee and leader, and the relationship between subordinate and co-worker are influencing work efficiency of the personal at Thairath Group different in statistical significance as 0.05%, for the prediction power is 29.60%.
