Abstract

The research “Consumer Credit Behavior and Customer Satisfaction Using Mortgage Service, Government Savings Bank, Surat Thani 2, Surat Thani”. The purpose of this study is to study consumer credit behavior and customer satisfaction. The sample is customer applying for a loan service 400 people. Randomly selected from 12 branches. Statistics used to analyze data is average and standard deviation compare the differences and relationship analysis statistical significance level was 0.05. The results of data on credit usage behavior and customer satisfaction. Followed by customer satisfaction with mortgage services, overview of various aspects high level. Sort by descending order is the personnel are at the highest level. Second, the marketing promotion, products, fees and charges, distribution channel and the service process. The difference of personal factors and customers' decision to use credit. It was found that the personal factors and the decision to use different loans. Customer satisfaction was significantly different. It was found that the relationship between loan usage and satisfaction was different. The satisfaction of customers using the housing loan service of the Government Savings Bank was significantly different at 0.05.
