Abstract

This research studied in factors that affected on the decision of users on the investment in The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs) of savings bank Khammung branch, Kalasin. The objective of this research was study marketing factors that affected on the decisions invest in The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs) and found out the relationship of marketing factors and general characteristic of users that invested in The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs), Khammung branch, Kalasin. Questionnaires were used as the instrument collected from 397 people and descriptive statistics was used to analyze the results. Inferential analysis was used to test hypothesis and F-test was used to compare mean. ETA was used to find out the relationship of marketing on users general characteristic.The results demonstrated that marketing factor were the most affected on the decision to invest in The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs), Khammung branch, Kalasin. Product at mean score of 4.04. In addition, occupation and family status of sample affected on the decision to invest in The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs). Sale and mean income value per month were significantly (0.05) affected on the decision to invest in The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs) in term of price. Price was the marketing factor that affected on general characteristic of users of savings bank, Khamung branch, Kasasin, Eta=0.215. General characteristic of users on income mean of sample group had relationship with the price of The Special Premium Saving Certificate (PSCs), Eta=0.25. Occupation and family status of sample groups had relationship with sale, Eta = 0.187 and Eta=0.171 respectively.
