Abstract

This research was a study to strategy of marketing to increase the service users that service for deposit money off-site via Smart Device machines of the Government Saving Bank in Harbor Mall Laemchabang branch. This case used the quantitative study with Government Saving Bank customers in Harbor Mall Laemchabang branch by conveniently random with 400 people to test the statistical analysis by using percentage, frequency distribution, means and chi-square test. The study found that the causes of problem as the following. 1) The problem of public relations of service for deposit money off-site via Smart Device machines was limited. 2) There was not the employee of the Government Saving Bank enough service. The strategy of marketing to increase the service users that service for deposit money off-site via Smart Device machines as the followings. 1) The bank should to be arrange mobile
units for off-site service by determine the exact date and time. 2) The bank should prioritize to develop the employee
to be ready for service and have knowledge about Smart Device machines. 3) The bank should to be public relations about advantages to service out of remote area to the customers and there should the number of machines is sufficient for the needs. 4) The bank should to have an activity about marketing promotion by keep talking or gift giving for
the customers that recommend the close person to use the service.
