Knowledge and Understanding and Attitude about Cannabis Use of Students at Rangsit University

Abstract

Objectives of this research are 1) to compare demographic factors which affect to knowledge and understanding about cannabis use of students at Rangsit University 2) to compare demographic factors which affect to attitude of students at Rangsit University. For this study, quantitative research is need to collect the data from the questionnaires of students at Rangsit University in amount of 500 people. The data analysis used descriptive statistics procedure namely frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. As for hypothesis testing the statistics namely T-Test, F-test, One-Way ANOVA, comparison of dual difference using LSD are used to analyze the data.

1) The result of hypothesis testing found that demographic factors including faculty group affect the different knowledge and understanding about cannabis use of students at Rangsit University in statistical significant level of 0.05

2) The result of hypothesis testing found that demographic factors including gender, faculty group and academic level affect the different medical attitude and benefit attitude about cannabis use of students at Rangsit University in statistical significant level of 0.05. In addition, the demographic factors including gender, faculty group and grade affect the different recreation attitude about cannabis use of students at Rangsit University in statistical significant level of 0.05.
