WORK SATISFACTION AFFECTING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT OF TMB HEADQUARTER

Abstract

The present study aimed to determine the job satisfaction of the employees in Thai Military Bank (TMB) Head Office that affects the engagement of the employees to the human resource management policies. The area of study includes job responsibilities, working environment, workplace relationships, job efficiency, and job security. A total of 400 employees from TMB head office had participated in this study through an online questionnaire. Multiple regression analyses were used to identify the correlation of the variables. According to the result, it found that employees at TMB head office valued job responsibilities, workplace relationships, job efficiency, and job security related to their job satisfaction. A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant in this study.
