Assessment of Learning Organization of Learn Corporation Co., Ltd.

This independent study aimed to assess the level of learning organization of the Learn Corporation co., ltd. The samples used for this study consisted of 250 officials who worked at the Learn Corporation Co., Ltd. The data was collected by using questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data are frequency, percentage and mean, including the analysis of variance: One-way ANOVA.

The results of the study revealed that most of the employees of the Learn Corporation Co., Ltd. were female, 25-30 years old, with the educational level of Bachelor’s degree, officer position, and had been working for up to 3 years. The findings from the study of the employees’ perception as Learning Organization showed that all perception factors occur frequently and the means was 4.50. And the ranking of those factors, arranged from the highest to the lowest were as follows: 1) Promote inquiry and dialogue (mean = 4.78) 2) Connect the organization to its environment (mean = 4.53) 3) Create continuous learning opportunities (mean = 4.52) 4) Encourage collaboration and team learning (mean = 4.51) 5) Provide strategic leadership for learning (mean = 4.50) 6) Empower people toward a collective vision (mean = 4.37) and 7) Establish systems to capture and share learning (mean = 4.30). The personal demographic factors that significantly related to Learning Organization were the highest education level and work experience statistically significant at the 0.05 level, while position did not correlate significantly with Learning Organization.
