Abstract

This research aims to study factors Affecting Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) of Housing Loans: A Case Study of Government Savings Bank. The variables used in the study include: Percent change of Housing loans of the Government Savings Bank (LOAN), Percent change of Interest rate (Interest rate), Percent change of Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Amount of unemployed (Unemployed).

The data used are quarterly data for the year 2556 until 2560, a total of 60 Months, the data were analyzed using multiple regression equation (Multiple Regression) then estimated. The coefficient of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Using a least squares (Ordinary Least Square: OLS) to calculate the statistic. And the relationships of the variables that affecting Non-Performing Loans of Housing Loans: A Case Study of Government Savings Bank. The study found that Percent change of Housing Loans and Amount of unemployed have a relationship with Non-Performing Loans of Housing Loans at the significance of 0.05. The Percent change of Housing loans have a relationship Negative. While the Amount of unemployed have a relationship positively. Interest rate and Percent change of Consumer Price Index No relation to the Non-Performing Loans of Housing Loans: A Case Study of Government Savings Bank.
