Abstract

This research Is a research study on "Customer satisfaction with marketing mix factors in obtaining housing loans of the Government Housing Bank in Bangkok and its vicinity "with the objective To study demographic factors affecting customer satisfaction towards the housing loan process of the Government Housing Bank in Bangkok and its vicinity (Independent Occupation Group) By demographic characteristics, including gender, age, status Education level, occupation and average monthly income The sample in this research Is the customer who uses the housing loan service Government Housing Bank during the past 1 year (2018 - 2019), which conducted surveys in the Bangkok metropolitan area By using an accidental sampling method (Accidental Sampling).
