THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKING MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEES AT AECS SECURITIES PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

Abstract

This research has the objectives as following; (1) to study the level of the AEC Securities Public Company Limited employees’ work motivation. (2) To study the level of the AEC Securities Public Company Limited employees’ organizational commitment. (3) To study the relationships between the Population factor and the organizational employees engagement of AEC Securities Public Company Limited employees. (4) To study the relationship between the work motivation and the organizational commitment of AEC Securities Public Company Limited employees.

The collecting data tools are the survey and the statistic for the analytical hypothesis. The first assumption is the personal factors of the AEC Securities Public Company Limited employees which are different in term of organizational commitment examined with t-test and One-Way ANOVA statistic. The second assumption is the AEC Securities Public Company Limited employees’ work motivation influences toward the organizational employees relationship and engagement examined with the Regression Analysis setting at 0.05 of the Level of significance.

The experimental results revealed that (1) the total level of the work motivation is high when they are considered in each part. The highest part is the work content and the lowest part is the salary. (2) The overall level of the organizational commitment is obviously high once they were examined on each part. The highest part from the lowest part are respectively as followed; the demand for remaining a member of the organization, confidence and acceptance of corporate goals, and the willingness to perform for the benefits of the organization. (4) The personal factors and the level of the organizational commitment are found that the personal factors such as the time, period of employment, monthly salary of the workplace influence differently toward the organizational commitment due to the statistics. However, it is not much different on the gender and the educational level on each department of the company. (4) The level of the work motivation and the organizational commitment are showed that the 10 levels of the work motivation and the overall positive engagement have the commitment on the whole organization according to the statistic.
