Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the problems and satisfaction of the residents of the Kanda Km.18 village. The results of this study create an understanding and expectation of the residents of Kanda Km.18 towards after-sales service for the development of the administration of the Kanda Km.18 village. The management of Kanda Km.18 village by Kanda Group. The questionnaires were used for collecting data from the residents. The statistical percentage, arithmetic mean value, and standard deviation were used for data analysis. F-test and one-way ANOVA. were used to explain the correlation analysis and statistical hypothesis testing of data.

The results of the study showed that the dataset consisted of 400 samples, 170 are male and 230 are female accordingly. 58.25% of samples are 40 - 59 years old, 53.25% of samples are employed in private companies, 49.00% of samples are earning 25,001 baht - 42,000 baht and 77.50% of samples are graduated with a bachelor's degree.    The results of the hypothesis testing showed that no significant between male and female in satisfied with the after-sales service of Kanda group. Statistically significant at a level of 0.05. The difference of age will be satisfied significantly of the after-sales service, in product, price and place. Statistically significant at a level of 0.05.            The difference of career will be satisfied significantly of all the after-sales service, in product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence. Statistically significant at a level of 0.05. The difference of income will be satisfied significantly of all the after-sales service. Statistically significant at a level of 0.05. The difference of education will be satisfied significantly of all the after-sales service. Statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
