Abstract

                This reserch aims to study in investigate the level of organizational commitment. To study organizational commitment. Classified by personal factors. To study the relationship between job factors. Organizational Factors Factors related to work experience and organizational commitment of employees Phollawat Engineering Supply Co., Ltd.

                The research sample was 122 employees of Phollawat Engineering Supply Co., Ltd. The questionnaire was used to collect data for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sampling, t-test and one-way analysis. ANOVA and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The hypothesis test was significant at 0.05.

                The study found that employees of Phollawat Engineering Supply Co., Ltd. had a high level of organizational commitment at all levels. On the other hand, it was found that the mean was the highest, followed by the feeling. And the least is the persistence with the organization. From the hypothesis testing, it was found that the individual factors of education level were different. Affecting corporate commitment as a whole. In terms of organizational persistence and feelings are different. The factors of the individual were not different and factors related to organizational commitment were job factors. Organizational Factors The factors of work experience are relatively high. The most relevant factor was job characteristics.
