Abstract

This independent study is about Research and creation of Facebook Fanpage for Marketing Communication of Panyapiwat Institute of Management. There are two objectives which are 1) to study the concept of Facebook Fanpage for Marketing Communication of Panyapiwat Institute of Management and 2) to create the Facebook Fanpage for Marketing Communication of Panyapiwat Institute of Management. Three research methodologies were used for collecting data which are Documentary analysis, In-Depth Interview, and Focus group. Then the researcher accumulated the data to create a Facebook Fanpage for Marketing Communication of Panyapiwat Institute of Management and using a descriptive analysis upon the objectives which can be summarized the finding as following;

The finding of Facebook Fanpage concept for Marketing Communication of Panyapiwat Institute of Management can be divided into 2 points 1) Objective and mainstream of content is an Experiential learning or Work-based education which is an outstanding point of Panyapiwat Institute of Management 2) Procedure to considerate for an creation of Facebook Fanpage ; a specification of main objective of communication, a customer insight interview, a mainstream of content, a content categorization a specification of design, and Evaluation

The finding of Facebook Fanpage creation for Marketing Communication of Panyapiwat Institute of Management found that there are 3 steps of its creation; 1) Pre-production; the accumulation of data to plan and create a content on Facebook Fanpage 2) Production; the design and production of the content on Facebook Fanpage upon a designated plan 3) Evaluation process; an evaluation of Facebook Fanpage.
