Abstract

 This study aims to analyze general characteristics and the factors affecting non performing Housing loans of Government Saving Bank a case study of Bangkok. Using data from credit system of Government Saving Bank. Sample groups used in the study are non-performing loans, 200 sampling were purposive sampling method, selected sample from the most non-performing debt. Study factors general data of non-performing loans and all factors were tested by chi-square test. It was found that the factor related to the non performing debt of the Government Savings Bank. Factors of Housing Bank Debtors Relating to Non-Performing Loans The statistical significance level of 0.05 was education level, occupation, monthly income of the debtor, The remaining installment, Payment Expenses of debtors per month.
