Factors Related Organizational Commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the personal factors that affect the organizatioanl commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership, 2) to study the motivational factors that related to the organizatioanl commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership, and 3) to study the supporting factors that related to the organizatioanl commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership. The samples used for the research were the employee of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership, selected by using a purposive sampling method of 142 people. A questionnaire was used, with a reliability of 0.922. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, which included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics, that used in hypothesis testing at the level of significance .05 were Independent Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis testing found that personal factors in terms of gender, age, status, education, duration of work and salary affected the organizatioanl commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership is different with statistical significance at 0.05. In addition, the motivation factors in term of success in work, recognition and work practices affected the organizatioanl commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership is with statistical significance at 0.05, and the supporting factors in term of relationship with supervisors, relationship with colleagues, work stability, personal life, working conditions and salary / compensation affected the organizatioanl commitment of Namchok 2557 Construction Limited Partnership is with statistical significance at 0.05
