Abstract

This study has the objectives to study about 1) Personal factors influencing the organizational royalty of “Ritta Company Limited” 2) Contributing factors influencing the organizational royalty of “Ritta Company Limited” 3) Motivational factors influencing the organizational royalty of “Ritta Company Limited”. The sample group used in this study is management and operation level about 340 people from the random sampling method. The tool was a questionnaire and the result of measuring is 0.849. Data that collected from the questionnaires will be analyzed by a computer program and the statistics that used to analyze data are percentage, average, standard deviation, T test, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression. The results showed that.

Personal factors include age, sex, level of education, marital status, duration of work and income. It showed that different personal factors affect an employee's loyalty to “Ritta Company Limited” to differ statistically significant at the 0.05 level, except for the different marital status affect an employee's loyalty to “Ritta Company Limited” are not significantly different at the 0.05 level of statistic.

Contributing factors that affect employee loyalty are 2 sides 1.an opportunity to get promoted in the future. 2.the work conditions to statistically significant at the 0.05 level. While the salary side, relationship with colleague side, occupation status side, policy and administration side, personal life side, job security side and the administrative command side. All 7 sides are not significantly different at the 0.05 level of statistic at “Ritta company limited”.

Motivation factors that affect employee 4 sides are 1.success in work 2.to get respect 3.job characteristic 4.the responsibility to statistically significant at the 0.05 level. While the promotion does not affect the employee's loyalty to “Ritta company limited” to statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
