THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION TO WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF AAA HOTEL EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the motivation of employees to influence the organizational commitment of AAA hotel employees. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistic used divided into 2 types: the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Statistical analysis was used to test the variance of one-way ANOVA and  multiple regression analysis. The results showed that most of the sample were female between 21-30 years old, marital status; single, education level; bachelor’s degree, salary ranges between 10,001-20,000 baht and duration of work experience; 1-5 years.  Motivation factors in achievement and hygiene factors in compensation, company policy, work condition and job security. Relate to employee engagement with the AAA hotel employees. The level of statistical significance 0.05
