ENVIROMENT FACTORs EFFECTIVE TO PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF KASIKORNBANK HEAD OFFICE CHANGWATTANA

Abstract

The purpose of this independent study aims to study about Demographic factors affect performance efficiency of Kasikorn Bank head office Changwattana employees. Environmental factors affect to performance efficiency of Kasikorn Bank head office Changwattana employees. Studying from a sample of 214 employees by using evaluation questionnaire with randomization method . The evaluation questionnaire will be analyzed by statistical program, which had been collecting the data by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that demographic factors such as education level has effected to differences of performance efficiency of Kasikorn Bank head office Changwattana employees The different demographic factors such as education level has significantly affect to performance efficiency of Kasikorn Bank head office Changwattana employees in different characters at statistical significance level 0.05. Environmental factors such as participation has to performance efficiency of Kasikorn Bank head office Changwattana employees at statistical significance level 0.05.
