FACTORS AFFECTING ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN THAI FOOD GROUP PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) study demographic factors affecting organizational commitment of employees in Thai Food Group Public Company Limited. (2) Study organizational factors affecting organizational commitment of employees in Thai Food Group Public Company Limited. The research population was selected from the employees in Thai Food Group Public Company Limited and Convenience sampling method was used in this reserch to collect 400 samples out of  3,461 employees. Descriptive statistics included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics included Multiple Regression Analysis.  

The research found that: Demographic factors, which were education, average monthly income working time and position levels had different factors of affecting organizational commitment of employees in Thai Food Group Public Company Limited. It had statistical significance level of 0.05.Organizational factors which were leadership, Job description, Opportunity and relationship affecting organizational commitment of employees in Thai Food Group Public Company Limited. It had statistical significance level of 0.05.
